Caller Identification (ID) Software - Types I & II

GAO’s Caller ID software is a highly optimized implementation of the caller identification function. It is based on the Bell 202 or the V.23 standard. Applications of GAO’s Caller ID software module include: analog or digital telephone, video conferencing, and answering machines. GAO Caller ID consists of two user-callable functions that perform the initialization and identification operations.

  • Low data and program memory requirements.
  • Complete Caller ID information including name, number, time, and date.

Optional Features:

  1. Tests for virtually any international markets.
  2. Tests under different line length conditions.
  3. Test products for performance under poor line conditions.
  4. Ability to perform Caller ID on Call Waiting (Type II) test and simulation.
  5. Performs non-volatile storage of test programs/scripts and results.
