Caller Identification (ID) Software - Types I & II
GAO’s Caller ID software is a highly optimized implementation of the caller identification function. It is based on the Bell 202 or the V.23 standard. Applications of GAO’s Caller ID software module include: analog or digital telephone, video conferencing, and answering machines. GAO Caller ID consists of two user-callable functions that perform the initialization and identification operations.

- Complete Caller ID information including name, number, time, and date.
Optional Features:
- Tests for virtually any international markets.
- Tests under different line length conditions.
- Test products for performance under poor line conditions.
- Ability to perform Caller ID on Call Waiting (Type II) test and simulation.
- Performs non-volatile storage of test programs/scripts and results.
